Multi-system availability – VanderWal Group works with various floor system suppliers to offer total floor framing capabilities including cold-formed steel floor trusses, C-Joist, Trade-Ready™, MegaJoist™, Hambro™ and various composite floor systems. Multi-storey capabilities.
Span capabilities – Certain applications can allow joist clear spans of up to 9m and floor trusses of up to 12m, making for large, open usable areas.
Cost-effective - VanderWal Group’s floor joist components provide a cost-effective, lightweight alternative to open-web trusses, bar joists, engineered lumber, cast in place or hollow-core floor assemblies.
Pre-panelization – Where possible, VanderWal Group will pre-panelize floor systems to ensure dimensional integrity and speed of installation.
