Engineering
All of VanderWal Group's designs for construction are verified and sealed by licensed professional engineers.
Building code requirements, wind loads, snow loads, dead loads, live loads and seismic loads are all taken into account during the structural design phase. Our engineers will provide layouts and details for all facets of your cold-formed steel system, backed by thorough and transparent calculations.
When installation is completed by VanderWal Group an engineer will be sent to site to ensure that the drawings have been adhered to and that the structure meets or exceeds building code. All other installs must have an independent engineer or the engineer of record complete an inspection.
Design/Budgeting
Sophisticated, state-of-the-art software suites employed by highly-trained, experienced personnel are used to create comprehensive 3D models, and detailed designs can be actualized from even the most basic dimensions or rudimentary sketches for budgetary purposes.
However, comprehensive estimates for tender and construction purposes require detailed drawings and information.
